Estas sesiones, realizadas durante tres d\u00edas, contaron con la participaci\u00f3n de miembros especializados de la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa (PNP), entre ellos el Capit\u00e1n Jos\u00e9 Antonio Lojas, el Sub Oficial Hern\u00e1n Bardales y el Sub Oficial Cristian Luna. Estos expertos compartieron sus conocimientos en detenci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y estrategias contra el crimen en diversas especialidades, como seguridad ciudadana, extorsi\u00f3n, cobro de cupos, robos y secuestros.<\/p>\n<p>El programa formativo, que se ejecut\u00f3 en el marco de la pol\u00edtica de seguridad impulsada por el alcalde de Lima, Rafael L\u00f3pez Aliaga, se centr\u00f3 en dotar a los asistentes de herramientas clave para enfrentar situaciones de riesgo. Durante las capacitaciones, los especialistas de la PNP brindaron t\u00e9cnicas y estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n del delito, protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n en casos de extorsi\u00f3n y secuestro, as\u00ed como mecanismos para identificar y denunciar posibles actos criminales dentro y fuera del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>En sinton\u00eda con estas medidas, la Municipalidad de Lima ha habilitado una l\u00ednea gratuita la Central 111, para denunciar casos de extorsi\u00f3n, como parte de los esfuerzos por fortalecer la seguridad de los ciudadanos. Esta iniciativa, impulsada por el alcalde L\u00f3pez Aliaga, busca erradicar este tipo de delitos que afectan a los vecinos de Lima, comerciantes y sus familias, permitiendo denuncias confidenciales y r\u00e1pidas. La l\u00ednea est\u00e1 disponible para cualquier ciudadano o comerciante que sea v\u00edctima o testigo de extorsiones, contribuyendo a la protecci\u00f3n de la
