La Orquesta \u00abM\u00e1s Latidos\u00bb tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3, haciendo bailar a todos con sus vibrantes ritmos. Adem\u00e1s, se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del m\u00f3dulo del programa nacional A Comer Pescado del Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n, que promovi\u00f3 una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable a trav\u00e9s del consumo de pescado, con la animaci\u00f3n de Tito el Bonito.<\/p><p>Para la ocasi\u00f3n, se prepar\u00f3 un delicioso ceviche utilizando ingredientes frescos disponibles en el GMML: lim\u00f3n del pabell\u00f3n B, camote del pabell\u00f3n A1, cebolla del pabell\u00f3n C, aj\u00ed del pabell\u00f3n A6, y lechuga del pabell\u00f3n A.<\/p><h5>Datos importantes<\/h5><p>Hoy, el mercado recibi\u00f3 57 toneladas de ma\u00edz morado, 171 toneladas de aj\u00ed escabeche, 652 toneladas de cebolla, 260 toneladas de camote amarillo y 174 toneladas de lechuga americana. Estos productos provienen de diversas regiones del Per\u00fa: el ma\u00edz morado de Huaura, el aj\u00ed escabeche de Barranca, la cebolla de Arequipa, el camote de Ca\u00f1ete y la lechuga de Barranca.<\/p><p>La celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda del Padre, es una muestra importante para resaltar la labor de nuestros pap\u00e1s, que en sus diversas labores, comerciantes, agricultores, estibadores, choferes, entre otros que durante todo el a\u00f1o, demuestran con su trabajo, esfuerzo y compromiso, llevar adelante sus actividades dentro del Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima Desde , a llevan el pan de cada d\u00eda a sus hogares y sentirse orgulloso de ser
