(EMMSA) celebr\u00f3 con gran entusiasmo el D\u00eda Nacional del Ceviche en el Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima (GMML), destacando la calidad y frescura de los productos comercializados en este importante centro de abastos.<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El evento cont\u00f3 con la destacada participaci\u00f3n del Chef Internacional Miro Marrufo y reconocidas personalidades como David Chauca, conocido como el \u00abHincha Israelita\u00bb, Eddie Hidalgo, \u00abEl Mero Loco\u00bb, y Ariana y Katia del restaurante Arnaucho de Barranca. Estos talentosos chefs prepararon tres tipos de ceviche, utilizando ingredientes frescos del GMML como lim\u00f3n, cebolla roja, camote amarillo, yuca amarilla, aj\u00ed limo, rocoto, choclo, lechuga americana, perejil y zarandaja. Hasta la fecha en 2024, el GMML ha recibido m\u00e1s de 86 mil toneladas de lim\u00f3n, 109 mil toneladas de cebolla roja, 47 mil toneladas de camote amarillo, 32 mil toneladas de yuca amarilla, 33 toneladas de aj\u00ed limo, 19 mil toneladas de rocoto, 87 mil toneladas de choclo, 26 mil toneladas de lechuga americana y 5 mil toneladas de perejil.<\/p><p>La gerente general de EMMSA, Lourdes Ram\u00edrez, estuvo presente en la celebraci\u00f3n, degustando las diversas presentaciones del ceviche y compartiendo con los comerciantes de diversos giros, as\u00ed como con los numerosos visitantes que se acercaron a disfrutar de la actividad. El evento tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 la preparaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de un rico chilcano de pescado entre los asistentes, a\u00f1adiendo un toque energizante a la celebraci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La relaci\u00f3n de los comerciantes con las activaciones de promoci\u00f3n de mercado y otras iniciativas de EMMSA es importante, ya que se desarrolla en un marco de cordialidad y solidaridad, buscando visibilizar todos los giros y puestos de este importante centro de abastos.
