Esta fruta no solo es una buena combinaci\u00f3n en comidas, tambi\u00e9n tiene muchos beneficios que ayuda al organismo.<\/p><p>Con la llegada de los espa\u00f1oles al Per\u00fa, el consumo del lim\u00f3n se hizo popular por su agradable sabor en diferentes platos como el ceviche, la ensalada de pallares verdes, la causa lime\u00f1a entre otros. Reemplazando a algunos c\u00edtricos utilizados en las comidas peruanas.<\/p><p>El ceviche, inicialmente preparado con el zumo de tumbo, modific\u00f3 esa fruta por el lim\u00f3n y gracias a esa modificaci\u00f3n se le dio el nombre del jugo de ceviche como leche de tigre. Esta fruta se cultiva en zonas con clima c\u00e1lido y soleado. Su mayor producci\u00f3n es en Piura, Lambayeque y Tumbes.<\/p><p>Entre sus variedades en el Per\u00fa el lim\u00f3n sutil o m\u00e1s conocido como el lim\u00f3n peruano es el m\u00e1s conocido y lo puedes encontrar en el Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima (GMML) y a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emmsa.com.pe\/index.php\/precios-diarios\/\">precios accesibles<\/a>.<\/p><p>Durante el 2024 la producci\u00f3n de lim\u00f3n en el Per\u00fa super\u00f3 las 40 mil toneladas con ingresos de hasta 47 millones de d\u00f3lares. Entre los beneficios del lim\u00f3n resalta el fortalecimiento del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, reducci\u00f3n de peso y protecci\u00f3n contra diversas enfermedades. As\u00ec mismo, posee un alto nivel de vitaminas, como la vitamina C y potasio, y nutrientes importantes como el calcio, magnesio, f\u00f3sforo y fibra.<\/p><p>Desde EMMSA ratificamos nuestro
