A trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (MIDAGRI), se declar\u00f3 oficialmente cada <strong>tercer viernes de agosto<\/strong> como el <strong>\u201cD\u00eda Nacional de la Palta Peruana\u201d<\/strong>, en reconocimiento a su valor nutricional, versatilidad culinaria y destacada presencia en los mercados internacionales. Este 15 de agosto se celebr\u00f3 el <strong>primer aniversario<\/strong> de dicha declaratoria.<\/p><p>La <strong>palta<\/strong>, conocida tambi\u00e9n como el <em>oro verde<\/em>, es una fruta altamente nutritiva, rica en minerales, vitaminas, fibra y grasas saludables. Su consumo aporta beneficios esenciales para la salud, como la protecci\u00f3n de la vista, el cuidado de la piel y el cabello, adem\u00e1s de contribuir al buen funcionamiento del sistema cardiovascular y a la regulaci\u00f3n de los niveles de az\u00facar en la sangre.<\/p><p><strong>Una fruta vers\u00e1til y apreciada<\/strong><\/p><p>Gracias a su textura cremosa y sabor suave, la palta se adapta a una gran variedad de preparaciones: desde ensaladas y tostadas hasta entradas y guarniciones en platos de fondo. En el <strong>Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima (GMML)<\/strong>, se comercializa palta fresca de diversas variedades y precios accesibles.<\/p><p>Para conocer el precio actualizado de la palta y otros productos, los usuarios pueden descargar la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil <strong>\u201cPrecios Mayorista\u201d<\/strong> o ingresar a la plataforma digital oficial de EMMSA.<\/p><p><strong>Exportaciones e impacto global<\/strong><\/p><p>Seg\u00fan datos oficiales del Gobierno del Per\u00fa, en el a\u00f1o 2024 el pa\u00eds alcanz\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico con la exportaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 570 mil toneladas de palta, generando ingresos superiores a los 1,200 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p><p>Este hito posicion\u00f3 al Per\u00fa como el segundo mayor exportador mundial de palta fresca y el tercer producto agroexportador m\u00e1s importante del pa\u00eds, seg\u00fan la Sociedad de Comercio Exterior del Per\u00fa (COMEX).<\/p><p><strong>Compromiso con el desarrollo agr\u00edcola<\/strong><\/p><p>Desde la <strong>Empresa Municipal de Mercados S.A. (EMMSA)<\/strong>, saludamos y felicitamos a los <strong>productores y comerciantes<\/strong> de palta peruana por su esfuerzo constante, el cual ha sido clave para consolidar este fruto como un
