(EMMSA), a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea de Recursos Humanos y en coordinaci\u00f3n con el \u00c1rea de Deportes de la Municipalidad de Santa Anita, dio inicio al programa <strong>\u00abJueves de Pausas Activas\u00bb<\/strong> en sus instalaciones.<\/p><p>La jornada inaugural se realiz\u00f3 en el auditorio institucional de EMMSA, donde un instructor representante del Instituto Peruano del Deporte (IPD) en baile condujo una din\u00e1mica sesi\u00f3n que comenz\u00f3 con ejercicios de calentamiento para prevenir calambres y lesiones. A continuaci\u00f3n, los participantes se sumaron a rutinas de baile guiadas, en un ambiente de energ\u00eda y entusiasmo.<\/p><p>Posteriormente, se llevaron a cabo ejercicios de relajaci\u00f3n y respiraci\u00f3n, enfocados en liberar tensiones musculares y facilitar la recuperaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica. Estas actividades tambi\u00e9n se extendieron a los pasillos y oficinas de EMMSA, permitiendo la integraci\u00f3n de trabajadores de diversas \u00e1reas.<\/p><p><strong>Beneficios de las Pausas Activas:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s<\/li><li>Mejora del bienestar f\u00edsico y mental<\/li><li>Aumento de la concentraci\u00f3n y productividad<\/li><li>Estimulaci\u00f3n del buen estado de \u00e1nimo<\/li><li>Fomento de una vida saludable<\/li><li>Mejora del equilibrio, la resistencia y la salud cardiovascular<\/li><\/ul><p>El programa, impulsado por el \u00c1rea de Recursos Humanos, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo <strong>todos los jueves a las 9:30 a.m.<\/strong> en el auditorio de la empresa, y est\u00e1 abierto a todos los colaboradores que deseen mejorar su calidad de vida mediante el movimiento consciente y la actividad f\u00edsica moderada.<\/p><p>Desde EMMSA reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con la salud integral de nuestros trabajadores, promoviendo espacios
