(EMMSA). Los alumnos fueron recibidos por el subgerente de Administraci\u00f3n de Mercados, se\u00f1or Rafael Luis Vizarraga Merma, quien ofreci\u00f3 una breve exposici\u00f3n sobre el funcionamiento, la estructura operativa y los principales espacios que conforman el GMML.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Los estudiantes participantes fueron:<\/p><ul><li>Stefani Ibette Palomino Alcarraz<\/li><li>Piero Alexandre Garayar Rivera<\/li><li>Jersoon Alfredo Alan Quispe<\/li><li>Saul Huamani Tacuri<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El prop\u00f3sito de la visita fue conocer de cerca la infraestructura y el modelo de gesti\u00f3n del mercado, as\u00ed como recopilar informaci\u00f3n para una investigaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica sobre el desperdicio de alimentos. Durante el recorrido, el se\u00f1or Vizarraga, junto al personal de la Subgerencia de Administraci\u00f3n de Mercados (SGAM), acompa\u00f1\u00f3 a los estudiantes por las diferentes \u00e1reas del GMML, brind\u00e1ndoles informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y operativa.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La Empresa Municipal de Mercados S.A. (EMMSA) reafirma su compromiso con el fortalecimiento de la formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y profesional, brindando apoyo a estudiantes de diversas instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior. De esta manera, promueve la investigaci\u00f3n, el aprendizaje pr\u00e1ctico y el acceso transparente a la informaci\u00f3n
