(EMMSA) llev\u00f3 a cabo de manera exitosa, el pasado 30 de octubre, la Segunda Subasta P\u00fablica del Pabell\u00f3n B2 \u2013 Frutas del Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima (GMML), en la cual se ofertaron 62 puestos, resultando 51 adjudicados y 11 declarados desiertos por falta de postores.<\/p><p>La jornada se inici\u00f3 a las 9:00 a.m. y culmin\u00f3 a las 11:10 p.m., desarroll\u00e1ndose de forma ininterrumpida y en total transparencia. En cumplimiento del compromiso institucional con la apertura y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, la subasta fue transmitida en vivo a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina oficial de Facebook de EMMSA.<\/p><p>Durante la transmisi\u00f3n se produjo una breve interrupci\u00f3n de seis minutos debido a las pol\u00edticas de la plataforma de Facebook, que realiza revisiones autom\u00e1ticas cada ocho horas de emisi\u00f3n continua. No obstante, la transmisi\u00f3n se reanud\u00f3 con normalidad, garantizando la cobertura completa del evento.<\/p><p>El acto p\u00fablico cont\u00f3 con la presencia, desde el inicio hasta la conclusi\u00f3n, de la Notaria Rebeca Lizbeth Mart\u00edn Portocarrero, cuya participaci\u00f3n asegur\u00f3 la legalidad y autenticidad del proceso. Asimismo, participaron los miembros del Comit\u00e9 de Subasta, encabezados por su presidente Carlos Alberto Llerena Zegarra, junto a Jeber Efra\u00edn V\u00e1squez Aguilar, segundo miembro, y Jos\u00e9 Medardo Reyes Montoya, tercer miembro del comit\u00e9.<\/p><p>La Segunda Subasta P\u00fablica del Pabell\u00f3n B2 \u2013 Frutas se desarroll\u00f3 en un ambiente de orden, transparencia y tranquilidad, reafirmando el compromiso de EMMSA con una gesti\u00f3n eficiente y transparente en beneficio de los comerciantes y de la
