(EMMSA)<\/strong>, quien ofreci\u00f3 una exposici\u00f3n sobre el funcionamiento del mercado, los mecanismos de control de precios y la relevancia del GMML en la cadena de suministro alimentario de Lima Metropolitana.<\/p><p>Durante el recorrido por los pabellones, los estudiantes observaron la variedad de frutas y verduras que ingresan diariamente desde diversas regiones del pa\u00eds, adem\u00e1s de destacar la labor del personal y transportistas que trabajan desde la madrugada para asegurar el abastecimiento constante de alimentos.<\/p><p><strong>Estefany Rojas<\/strong>, estudiante de Nutrici\u00f3n, expres\u00f3 su admiraci\u00f3n por \u201cla ardua labor de los trabajadores del mercado y la diversidad de productos que llegan desde distintas partes del Per\u00fa\u201d.<\/p><p>Asimismo, <strong>Gianfranco Llontop<\/strong>, compa\u00f1ero de facultad, destac\u00f3 que \u201cen primavera aumenta la preferencia por frutas con alto contenido de agua, como la papaya, el mel\u00f3n, la fresa y los ar\u00e1ndanos, por sus propiedades hidratantes y antioxidantes\u201d.<\/p><p>A trav\u00e9s de estas visitas guiadas, <strong>EMMSA reafirma su compromiso con el fortalecimiento de la educaci\u00f3n superior<\/strong>, promoviendo el aprendizaje pr\u00e1ctico y el conocimiento sobre la gesti\u00f3n eficiente del abastecimiento de alimentos que beneficia
