La celebraci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo el 28 de noviembre e incluy\u00f3 una emotiva misa y una procesi\u00f3n por los pabellones B, A3 y A4.<\/p><p>La misa se inici\u00f3 en el pabell\u00f3n B a las 8:00 a. m. Durante su mensaje, el sacerdote encargado de oficiar la ceremonia destac\u00f3 la importancia de expresar gratitud al Santo Patrono del giro de Choclo, <strong>San Mart\u00edn de Porres<\/strong>, reconocido por su humildad, caridad incondicional y compromiso con el servicio a los m\u00e1s necesitados. Junto a los feligreses, elev\u00f3 una oraci\u00f3n por la prosperidad del producto y por la salud y bienestar de los comerciantes y sus ayudantes.<\/p><p>Al concluir la ceremonia, el sacerdote invit\u00f3 a los asistentes a participar en la procesi\u00f3n en honor al Santo Patrono. El recorrido estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por la <strong>Banda Uni\u00f3n Juventud<\/strong>, mientras los participantes avanzaban por los diferentes pabellones y disfrutaban de bocaditos preparados para la ocasi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>El <strong>choclo<\/strong>, producto emblem\u00e1tico de la gastronom\u00eda peruana, desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la elaboraci\u00f3n de diversos platillos tradicionales. Adem\u00e1s, aporta vitaminas A, C y K, as\u00ed como minerales esenciales como el potasio. Sin duda, los granos de mejor calidad se encuentran en el Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima.<\/p><p>Desde el GMML reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con los valores espirituales, renovando nuestra
