Al celebrarse su d\u00eda nacional cada 28 de junio, el Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima (GMML) se convirti\u00f3 en el escenario perfecto para rendirle homenaje a este plato reuniendo a chefs, expertos cocineros del mercado, comerciantes y compradores en general.<\/p><p>El gran atractivo de la celebraci\u00f3n fue la presentaci\u00f3n y posterior degustaci\u00f3n del esperado \u201cCeviche Mayorista\u201d, el cual fue elaborado utilizando el emblem\u00e1tico lim\u00f3n del norte, la frescura crujiente de la cebolla arequipe\u00f1a, el dulzor del camote de Ca\u00f1ete y el picor indomable del aj\u00ed limo tra\u00eddo directamente de la selva peruana.<\/p><p>La festividad estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por agrupaciones art\u00edsticas y bandas de m\u00fasica de la costa. El evento capt\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de importantes medios de comunicaci\u00f3n nacionales, logrando una amplia cobertura en programas de televisi\u00f3n de se\u00f1al abierta y cable como \u201cArriba Mi Gente\u201d (Latina), \u201cAs\u00ed de Simple\u201d (ATV) y Cable Visi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de una masiva interacci\u00f3n en las plataformas y redes sociales institucionales.<\/p><p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del deleite de los paladares m\u00e1s exigentes, esta actividad busca fomentar y promover el consumo continuo de este producto marino, reconocido mundialmente por su alto valor nutricional, asimismo es importante destacar que el secreto de un buen ceviche radica en la frescura de sus ingredientes, elementos indispensables para su saz\u00f3n como el lim\u00f3n, la cebolla, el culantro, el rocoto, el aj\u00ed limo, los ajos, el apio y el kion, as\u00ed como sus tradicionales acompa\u00f1amientos \u2014el camote, el choclo, la yuca, el pl\u00e1tano, la lechuga y la exquisita zarandaja\u2014 productos que puedes encontrarlos todos los d\u00edas con la m\u00e1xima calidad y a los precios m\u00e1s bajos en el
