Asimismo, el equipo de la Sunass resolvi\u00f3 consultas relacionadas con los recibos de agua y explic\u00f3 los procedimientos adecuados para la presentaci\u00f3n de reclamos ante eventuales inconvenientes con el servicio.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s de la atenci\u00f3n directa a consultas administrativas y comerciales, los participantes formaron parte de acciones de educaci\u00f3n sanitaria orientadas a fomentar el uso responsable y eficiente del recurso h\u00eddrico en sus actividades cotidianas y comerciales.<\/p><p>Esta iniciativa fortaleci\u00f3 la cultura del cuidado del agua y promovi\u00f3 una mayor conciencia sobre la importancia de los servicios de saneamiento, contribuyendo de manera significativa al bienestar de la
