(EMMSA) llev\u00f3 a cabo una capacitaci\u00f3n dirigida a los comerciantes del Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima (GMML).<\/p><p>La Subgerencia de Inocuidad y Medio Ambiente, realiz\u00f3 una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n acerca de pr\u00e1cticas de manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos en articulaci\u00f3n con el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Agraria (SENASA).<\/p><p>Esta capacitaci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de comerciantes y representantes de los pabellones A1, A3, A5, A6, B y C, quienes abordaron aspectos fundamentales del reglamento de inocuidad, control sanitario y pautas esenciales de higiene personal en sus pr\u00e1cticas diarias.<\/p><p>De esta manera, EMMSA trabaja activamente para proteger el medio ambiente y promover acciones responsables dentro y fuera del Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima (GMML), con el objetivo de garantizar que los alimentos se expendan en condiciones de higiene, orden, inocuidad y trazabilidad protegiendo la salud de los consumidores y reduciendo
